Reviews

  • Clare Glen – We stayed here during the Easter break and had the most relaxing few days. The site is just one mile from Tandragee (so handy for any groceries) but it feels like you’re miles away. The site is super clean as are the facilities and the walls around Clare Glen are just so easy and delightful. I woke up early every morning to hear the dawn chorus, so many birds, it was just beautiful. Highly recommended Date of stay: April 2022
  • A Wee Gem in County Armagh – This is a well maintained little site which sits alongside the Clare Glen. We were able to enjoy scenic walks along the river and sit at the beautiful water fall. There are lots of locals who walk here but the place didn’t seem crowded by any means. The site itself is well set out with access to a clean, freshly painted toilet block. Showers were hot and having a key code entry meant that they remained spotless. The usual facilities are there for mobile toileting and there are free washing and drying facilities. The staff in the Tandragee Leisure Centre, just a phone call away, were prompt in assisting us when we inadvertently locked our washing in the laundry room. My only gripe would be a lack of drive over drain to aid disposal of my waste water at the end of my trip but this was not a big deal. February is a lovely time to visit and over the next few weeks the bluebells will be blooming. We will be back!
